What if my order does not arrive?
The risk of orders getting lost in the international mail system is very low (less than 1%). We offer you a delivery guarantee - your order will be sent one more time or we will reimburse you in the unlikely event that your shipment fails to reach you, provided the delivery details you supplied when ordering were correct. This applies if your order does not reach you within 30 days of being dispatched. If you have any questions about delivery which are not answered on our site, please don't hesitate to contact us.
What am I to do if part of my order is missing?
If you are missing part of the order it was most likely sent in more than one package and you will receive it in the next couple of days. In any case, please contact us and we will find out the reason and reship the missing pills if needed.
What if my order is delayed at customs?
If your order is held up at customs and you do not receive your order, please contact us and we will reship your order at our expense or if you cannot wait for the reshipment we may return your money.
How orders are being sent?
We understand that your confidentiality and anonymity is important when you place an order online with us. That's why our orders are sent in discreet looking packages without any information of the contents on the outside of the package.
What is your cancellation / refund policy?
An order can be cancelled within 12 hours of order submission. You must contact our customer support service by phone or by e-mail and inform them of your decision. Please give your order number and specify the reason for the cancellation. Your satisfaction with the products and the services we provide is our prime aim. In case the order is not received within the delivery time stated, please contact us to inform us of the problem. We will check the matter with the postal services and if they are not able to resolve the problem on their own, we will send you a replacement (free of charge) or refund your payment at your request. Refund procedure time depends on the bank's transaction processing time.
Can I return my order?
Due to the specific nature of products we offer we do not accept returns. No one can guarantee that the storage conditions are met during the order transportation thus we cannot accept them even if the package remains unopened.
