When I try to use the order status link on your site, nothing shows up. Why?

This can be a browser compatibility problem especially when using AOL's browser or older versions of Internet Explorer. Occasionally, it won't display properly if you need to do a Java update or need to clear your browser's cookie cache. If the order status doesn't work and you're sure you're entering the email and the order number correctly then please call our tollfree number to check on your order, we can search for it using your last name or your email or you order number.

Why isn't my tracking number working?

Tracking numbers usually start working once the package reaches the country of destination, which is up to a week after the day of the order for Regular Delivery and slightly less than that for Express Delivery.
