Our company name is “365Pills”.

Where are you located?
We are outside USA.  We have management and support staff based in the USA and Europe.

How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for over six years and the generic manufacturers we work with have been working for much longer than that.

Where can I go on the internet to read reviews about your company?
Google probably, although online reviews aren't always reliable because there's no way to check if they were posted by a real customer or an employee or a competitor.

Do you have a local store I can go to and buy there?
No, we don't have a retail store, all orders are mailed directly to your shipping address.

If you are a pharmacy, why don't you offer the same medications that a real pharmacy carries?
We focus mainly on generic Erectile Dysfunction medications to keep a sustainable profit margin, if you have a specific request please call our tollfree numbers with any questions.

I hear all over the news not to buy meds from India and China because they are fake and have all kinds of bad things in the pills, are yours real?
Yes, our pills are real and we are confident enough in the quality to provide a reship guarantee at no extra charge if there are any issues with the quality or delivery of your order.

Are these real or fake pills?
The pills we sell are real, they are generics. Generic pills have the same active ingredient as the original brand medication but just made by a different manufacturer with a different manufacturing process.

Where are the pills made?
The generic medications are manufactured in India by very reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing companies. Our main generic manufacturer are: Cipla, Ajanta Pharma, Centurion Laboratories, Aurochem Laboratories, Biobaxy Technologies, Sunrise Remedies.

What is the difference between Brands and Generics?
Brand medications are more reliable and come from a higher quality manufacturer,whereas generic medications are manufactured using a more cost-effective process.However both types of medications have the same ingredient and should do the same job. The way we guarantee quality of medications is by providing a reship guarantee, which means we will reship the order free of charge if there are any issues with either the delivery or the quality of pills.

Do you guarantee these pills will work for me?
Yes, we are confident enough in our products to provide a reship/refund policy, so in the rare event that our pills don't work we will reship your order at no extra charge or refund the original payment.  Order the medication that your doctor prescribed for you and you know they are effective for you.

How can you sell at such cheap price?
The generic manufacturers we work with don't have to invest in advertising and research, they just use an established process to make the same pills and pass on the saving to their customers.

Why does Pfizer make generic Viagra in their plant in India but won't allow it to be sold in the USA?
There are different quality controls and local US pharmacies only stock pills from manufacturers of the highest quality, so Indian manufacturers often aren't allowed to be used as official suppliers.

Do I need a prescription?
Prescription is not required, you can order online or by phone.

Am I going to get in trouble for ordering medications online? Is it illegal?

Why don't you sell pain or weight-loss or other medications?
Our range of pills is focused on ED medications, with a few additions of other generic pills. Pain and weight-loss pills are often controlled substances medications and we do not sell those.

Can you get medications that are not listed on your website?
No. Orders placed over the phone are done in the same way as online orders, so only the pills advertised online are available for sale.

Which medication will last the longest? Which is the most effective?
Generic Viagra (Sildenafil) lasts 4 hours, same for generic Levitra (Vardenafil), and generic Cialis (Tadalafil) lasts 36 hours.

Are these FDA approved?
No. Our pills are generic and the manufacturers are not bound by FDA regulations. The quality control is done by the World Health Organisation (WHO) in order to maintain a reliable manufacturing process.

I bought some generic pills from another website and they have gone out of business, how can I get the same pills from you?
There are many generic manufacturers in India, the one we work with has been going for many years and isn't expecting to stop any time soon. So the pills might be similar to the generics you have bought before but not necessarily the exact same ones.

How long are these pills good for (shelf life)?
The shelf life of our pills is 2-3 years, usually about 20 months.

Do I need to keep them in the refrigerator to keep them fresh?
No, there's no need to keep the pills chilled, they are ok at room temperature and normal humidity.

Do I need to take 1 every day, or just when I want to have sex?
Erectile Dysfunction pills are to be taken 30-50 minutes before you need the effect,but there's no need to take a pill every day if you don't need the effect. So it's not a daily dose, just take the pill when you need it.

Will my order be mailed discreetly?

Do you send instructions on how to take the pills?
We don't include instructions in the shipment as they're quite basic and intuitive: ED pills are to be taken 30-50 minutes before you need the effect to start. There are more details on the website for every type of pill on sale. Please check with your doctor if you have a heart condition or any blood pressure concerns.

Why does shipping take so long?
Shipments are international and we use the lowest possible priority shipping for the Regular Delivery. Please add Express Delivery for faster shipping.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we do.

Do you ship to APO & FPO addresses?
Yes. APO, FPO and BPO addresses work just as well as regular residential addresses.

Do you ship to my country?
Please go through the purchase process and in the checkout, before payment, you will be able to select your country for shipping.

Where are they being shipped from?
Pills are shipped from the manufacturer, so mostly direct from India.

Why can't you deliver by overnight?
Overnight delivery requires a USA based shipping depot and we keep costs low by shipping directly from the manufacturer overseas.

What happens if my order gets stopped at customs, do I lose my money?
Our guarantee applies to all orders and covers both delivery and quality issues. So if we cannot deliver something that works then we will reship or refund your order as you choose.

Do you have a problem getting packages through customs?
Depends on which country you use as your mailing address.  For example delivery to Sweden is almost impossible, but delivery to nearby Australia is near perfect. Shipments to USA get through customs over 99% of the time.

What happens if I don't get my order?
Our guarantee applies to all orders and covers both delivery and quality issues. So if we cannot deliver something that works then we will reship or refund your order as you choose.

Do you have a brochure or catalog you can send me?
No, we don't have a catalog, please use our shop for any information.

I don't want anyone to know I ordered these, can I have them sent to someone else?
Yes, you can send the order to just about anywhere. Use the shipping address in the checkout to specify where you want the order delivered to and make sure the billing address is also entered correctly so that payment goes through ok.

Why can't you use FedEx or UPS or Courier?
We keep our prices low by using the local postal service, this is USPS for USA, Parcel Force for United Kingdom, Australian Post for Australia and etc.

Why can't the postman just leave the package in my mailbox, why do I have to sign for it?
The signature is considered "proof of delivery" and that's how we know that our shipments actually get delivered.


Payment and Processing

Why was my card declined?
There are many possible reasons and the most common reason for decline is that your card issuer has blocked the charge for your safety, thinking it was someone else and not you trying to use the card. Please contact your bank, credit union or credit card company and ask them to unblock your card.  They are simply trying to verify you are the card holder and you have authorized this purchase. After they unblock your card, you can return to the checkout page and complete your order or call our customer support toll free number and one of our representatives can replace the order for you.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We currently accept major cards as VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

Can I send a check or money order?
No, please use one of the payment methods offered on our checkout page.

Why don't you take Paypal?
Paypal is good for customers but bad for merchants, we would lose an extra % in bank charges due to Paypal. There's just not yet enough demand in our industry for Paypal payments to justify using it as a payment method.

Why did my bank charge me a wire transfer fee?
We charge your Visa card through an international system and sometimes your bank will apply a small surcharge of 1-2$ which is something we have no control over. It doesn't always happen, but sometimes it does so we prefer to mention it upfront.

Can I pay with a Gift card or a prepaid?
Gift cards are not accepted.  Most Prepaid debit cards good for International purchases are accepted.

Where can I get a prepaid VISA?
The prepaid Visa card is similar to a Visa gift card, we recommend this form of payment because it's more secure for customers. Prepaid Visa cards are available from many retailers, including Walgreens, CVS, Riteaid, Walmart, 7-Eleven and others. Those cards are branded Green Dot Visa, Rush Visa, Net Spend  and others. Please make sure the card is valid internationally for payment to go through right away.

I don't feel safe putting my credit card information on a website, is there any other way to place an order?
Yes, you can order over the phone or use a prepaid international card instead of your own credit card information.  Our checkout page is a secure encrypted server that sends your details to your credit card company for approval.

My computer screen says my order processed successfully and I would be getting an email from you, but I didn't & you say my payment was declined. Then why did your screen say it went through successfully?
Usually if you see an order confirmation number after clicking "Secure Checkout" that means payment went through and the order will be shipped out in 24-48 hours.If you think there was an error please call our tollfree numbers to make sure the order is ok.

I placed order online, did my order go through?
When your online order goes through there will be an order confirmation number displayed, if you have that it means the order went through. You also can check the status of your order using this order number.

Is this a 1 time payment, or will you bill me every month?
This is a one time payment, it's not a subscription, we don't store you credit card details.

My credit card company will not approve an International payment, so how can I order from you?
In the very rare cases when card issuer won't approve this charge you could instead use a prepaid international Visa/MasterCard.

I placed order and screen went gray with message saying don't click again until my order processed, but my screen never changed, did my order go through?
If there is no order confirmation number that means most likely the order hasn't gone through. Please call our tollfree number and we can check by your last name or email.

My credit card company said nothing came through to them, and you're saying it got declined. How did it get declined, if my credit card company doesn't show a charge coming through?
If you have already tried three times and got three declines then we cannot try that card again for 24 hours. However if it's the first try then you can ask the customer support of your card issuer to search for the amount that was displayed on the checkout and they should really be able to find that decline.

My credit card company said the problem is on your end, so why didn't my payment go through?
Our billing company has standard automatic anti-fraud protection for the benefit of both customers and ourselves.

Your checkout page says my card might charge me a transaction fee, how much are they going to charge me?
The transaction fee is usually very small and every credit card company charges a different amount.  You can call your credit card company and ask them what they charge for processing an International payment for you.

I'm trying to place an order on your website, how can I get the returning customer discount?
To get the returning customer discount please use the same email as you did for your previous order or call our tollfree number to order over the phone.


Safety and Privacy

Are you a legitimate business, I don't want to be scammed?
Yes we are a legitimate business. The way we demonstrate that is by keeping the same tollfree numbers for over five years, as well as providing a tracking number for every shipment.

Who sees my credit card information?
We do not store card information, so it's only visible to your bank and our bank and they are under strict regulations regarding credit card details. If you place you order by phone the same applies, our customer support representatives enter your details and they are sent to your credit card company or bank for approval.

Is your website safe?
Yes. The only page where customers would be asked for their address and card details is the checkout page, which is always provided through an encrypted HTTPS connection. Also card details are never stored to eliminate card risk on our side.

If I give you my email address, will I start getting a bunch of spam emails?
No, we don't send unsolicited email. After placing an order you would get an email from us to confirm you order details, another one to let your know your order is being processed, then one with the tracking number.

If I give you my phone number, will you harrass me with phone calls trying to sell me something?
We don't call unless you leave a voicemail or specifically ask one of our customer support representatives for a callback.  We sometimes call to check if you have received your order.

Can I place order over the telephone?
Yes, it would be the same as ordering online, same pills and same delivery speed.

I don't want my wife to know I'm getting these & she pays the credit card bills, how can I buy these without her knowing?
The easiest option would be to buy a prepaid international Visa card, those are available from Walgreens, CVS, Riteaid, Walmart, 7/11 and many other retailers.
